Main Responsibilities

Front-End Development:

• Develop responsive and user-friendly web interfaces using HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
  
  
• Implement modern front-end frameworks (e.g., React, Angular, Vue) to create interactive user experiences.
  
  
• Collaborate with UI/UX designers to ensure seamless integration of design elements.
  
  

Back-End Development:

• Design and implement server-side logic using server-side languages (e.g., Python, C#).
  
  
• Build and maintain databases, ensuring optimal performance and data integrity.
  
  
• Develop RESTful APIs to facilitate communication between front-end and back-end systems.
  
  

Database Management:

• Design and implement database schemas, queries, and optimizations.
  
  
• Ensure data security, integrity, and scalability in database management.
  
  

Testing and Debugging:

• Conduct thorough testing of applications, identifying and resolving bugs and performance issues.
  
  
• Reviews code prior to deployment.
  
  

Collaboration and Communication:

• Work closely with cross-functional teams, including graphic designers, product managers, and other developers.
  
  
• Communicate effectively with team members and stakeholders to gather requirements and provide project updates.

What You'll Work On:

• Internal web applications supporting manufacturing, calibration, and operational workflows.
  
  
• Customer-facing portals and dashboards used by engineers and industrial clients.
  
  
• Full-stack features spanning UI, APIs, and databases.
  
  
• Enhancements and modernization of existing applications

Growth and Development:

• Structured mentorship from senior developers and architects.
  
  
• Code reviews and Development Meetings focused on sharing, learning, and improvement.
  
  
• Exposure to the full software development lifecycle.

      
Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree and 0-2 years of relevant work experience.
  
  
• Experience with Search Engine Optimization.
  
  
• Experience with jQuery, Angular and/or React.

     
Knowledge, Skills, And Abilities

• Basic proficiency in all required languages.
  
  
• Basic proficiency with web development.
  
  
• Ability to complete projects with mentorship from senior development staff.
  
  
• Ability to debug issues with assistance from mentors.
  
  
• Knowledge of the Microsoft.NET framework and C# programming.
  
  
• Proficiency with HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and ASP.NET.
  
  
• Ability to use and implement MSSQL and/or MySQL database.
  
  
• Understanding of REST APIs.
  
  
• Must be able to work individually as well as in a small team environment.

   
Work Location

This in-person position will work out of the Victor, NY facility.

   
Salary Range

$80K - $90K / yr
