Main Responsibilities
- Identify customers’ needs and make appropriate product recommendations.
- Assist with handling technical support calls.
- Develop a deep understanding of our products and services to effectively communicate their value proposition to potential customers.
- Partner with customers to understand their business, industry, and competition to present effective solutions.
- Proactively identify and pursue new business opportunities through outbound calls, emails, and other communication channels.
- Manage and update the sales pipeline in CRM software, ensuring accurate and up-to-date information on leads and opportunities.
- Deliver compelling sales presentations and demonstrations to showcase our offerings and address customer needs.
- Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with clients by providing excellent customer service and addressing inquiries promptly.
- Work closely with the sales team and other departments to optimize cross-functional collaboration and ensure customer satisfaction.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or equivalent job-related experience.
- Customer service or call center experience is preferred.
Knowledge, Skills, And Abilities
- Goal-oriented with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Familiarity with CRM software and sales processes.
- Knowledge of company products and services to effectively communicate their features and benefits to potential customers.
- Excellent time management and organizational skills.
- Ability to build and maintain relationships with customers, colleagues, and other stakeholders.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Must be able to work individually as well as in a small team environment.
Work Location
This in-person position will work out of the Victor, NY facility.
