Private Label Part Form

Submit information here
For private-label parts, we require a simplistic, monochromatic/1-color logo for successful engraving on the part. Accepted logo file formats include: .DXF (preferred), .AI and .EPS
In addition to the Artwork file (.DXF, .AI, or .EPS) we require a JPEG file of your logo. Minimum size of 400 pixels (width or height) and maximum size of 800 pixels (width or height).
Please note, by submitting this request form you are not placing an order. Once submitted, CTC must either approve or deny your private label request. If approved, CTC will create a print for your approval. Once your print is signed and returned, CTC will set up your part for purchase and your sales manager will inform you when it is ready for order. Please note, the process can take up to three weeks and cannot be expedited. Once an order has been placed, changes cannot be made to private label parts currently in process.
