11 MM HAZARDOUS-AREA APPROVED PROXIMITY PROBE SETS

CTC proudly offers 11 mm proximity probe systems, also known as eddy current probe systems, with optional hazardous area certifications, including Class 1 Division 1/Zone 1 and Class 1, Division 2. Designed for operation in hazardous zones, these PRO Line proximity probes, extension cables, and drivers deliver precise measurement of shaft displacement in machinery with fluid film bearings. Fully compliant with API 670 Standards, these probes effectively monitor displacement gaps ranging from 20 to 180 mils and are available in system lengths of 1 meter, 5 meters, and 9 meters.

Requirements:
» $2,500 NRE fee (discount exempt)
» Customer must supply the material for CTC to machine (CTC will provide required dimensions once the project is initiated)
» Initial order requirement of 10 proximity probe drivers calibrated to that target, with no MOQ on subsequent orders
