FREIGHT
All freight charges will be added to the invoice for products ordered. Freight bills are charged to the customer at the same rate that UPS or FedEx charge CTC. No additional charges are added for handling. CTC utilizes UPS for all air and ground domestic shipments, UPS and FedEx are used for international packages, unless otherwise specified.
DELIVERY
Many items in this catalog are available for overnight shipment from stock. Virtually every standard item that CTC manufactures has a standard 10-day lead time. Please advise a customer service agent at CTC if you require expected delivery service for your order, so that we may ensure that your specific delivery requirements will be met.
QUANTITY DISCOUNTS
Eligibility for Quantity Discounts:
A quantity discount may be applied to a quote if a single line item has a quantity of 10 or more unites. Quantity discounts are only available if no other discounts are already applied to the quote.
Conditions for Honoring Quantity Discounts:
A quantity discount will be honored on an order if the ordered quantity is the same or greater than the quantity originally quoted. If the order falls below 10 units, or if the quote is broken into multiple orders where the quantity per part per order is less than 10 units, the quantity discount will no longer be valid.
