JB320: Premium Stainless Steel, Sloped Top Vibration Switch Box

The JB320 sloped top, premium stainless steel switch box is used to convert the three-conductor input wiring of up to 12 remotely installed dual-output accelerometers or piezo velocity sensors to two switched BNC's and a switched three-pin MIL spec connector for data collection. This box is specially designed to prevent build-up of debris on the enclosure in rugged industrial environments. JB Series enclosures are designed to have field input cabling installed behind the board. A flip-down panel allows the user to wire connections on location. The shield drain wire is earth grounded via the stainless steel enclosure. Each terminal block includes inputs for signal, temperature, negative and shield. The shield drain wire is earth grounded via the stainless steel enclosure. Additionally, the JB Series can be equipped with online expansion terminal strips, which can be selected upon ordering. The JB Series also features an IEPE bias indicator light built into the box itself, which can be used to indicate errors in the field wiring of the sensor.

Rated for NEMA 4X (IP66), the JB320 can withstand harsh environments including temperatures ranging from -58 to 180 °F (-50 to 82 °C). The box is also resistant to hose directed fluid and corrosion. A twist lock is installed on the door allowing the box to be sealed from the elements when not in use.
